StockSphere is a 100% digital cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. We do not sell or deliver any tangible or physical products.
1. Nature of Service & Delivery Method
All products, screeners, indicators, data feeds, and analytics tools available on StockSphere are delivered electronically over the Internet. No physical shipment, parcel, package, or courier delivery is required or provided.
2. Immediate Electronic Provisioning (Delivery Timeline)
Upon successful payment confirmation via our authorized payment gateway (Razorpay):
- Automated Instant Activation: Your purchased subscription tier (e.g., Weekly, Monthly, or Annual Pro Plan) is provisioned automatically and applied to your account within seconds.
- Immediate Access: You receive instantaneous access to all premium modules including Opening Bell Pre-Open Screener, Real-Time CPR Pivots, Intraday Strategies, Pulse Radar, and Historical Backtest Replay.
- Email Confirmation: A transaction confirmation receipt with subscription start and validity dates is automatically dispatched to your registered email address.
3. Delivery Charges
Since all services are provisioned electronically, there are zero (₹0.00) shipping, courier, handling, or delivery charges associated with any purchase on StockSphere.
4. Troubleshooting Access or Delivery Delays
If your payment was successfully deducted by your bank or UPI provider, but your account tier does not reflect as active within 5 minutes, please perform the following steps:
- Log out and log back into your StockSphere account to refresh your session state.
- Verify your payment confirmation SMS or email from Razorpay.
- If access remains inactive, please reach out with your Payment ID (e.g.,
pay_...) to our support team at contact@stocksphere.in or via WhatsApp at +91 9363600550. Our technical support team will verify the gateway log and activate your subscription manually within a few hours.
5. Operational Jurisdiction
StockSphere provides online analytics services to residents in India and authorized users worldwide with internet connectivity. Service availability is governed by Indian Standard Time (IST) market trading sessions.
