By accessing or using our website, software, scrapers, dashboards, and analytical tools (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

StockSphere is an analytical tool that screens pre-open market data from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). The Platform provides gap calculations, order imbalance summaries, indicative equilibrium price (IEP) snapshots, and algorithmic options strategy suggestions for research and backtesting purposes. We do not place trades on your behalf, nor do we access your brokerage accounts.

2. No Financial Advice (Disclaimer)

We are NOT a SEBI-registered investment advisor, research analyst, or broker-dealer. All information, analyses, strategies, and statistics provided by the Platform are for educational and educational research purposes only. None of the suggestions or metrics generated by the Platform constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or to execute any trading strategy. Trading in stocks and derivatives (F&O) involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Use of Data and Platform Limits

Our Services rely on automated scraping and public APIs to fetch pre-open market data. You acknowledge that:

• Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable due to network latencies, server downtime, or third-party blocks.
• We do not guarantee the correctness or timeliness of the scraped feed.
• You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our Platform's servers.

5. Subscriptions and Renewals

Certain plans (like the Pro Trader Plan) require payment. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings page. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockSphere and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of trading profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising from your use or inability to use our Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
